Do I need to pay to register for the conference?

A limited number of Knowledge Passes are currently available for free. However, the Knowledge Pass only provides access to the keynote session and 1 speaker session. The Experience Pass, which provides access to all curated content, speakers, networking opportunities and an experience kit full of exciting D2C brand products, is available for purchase at a discounted rate for a limited time.

Once I have registered, can I get a refund in case I am unavailable?

Sorry, there’s no take backs here! We won’t be able to cancel or refund tickets.

Once I have registered, how will I know how to access the event online?

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Closer to the date of the summit, you will receive an email from us detailing how to access the event online.

Is my ticket transferable?

Sorry, since this edition of Brands Decoded is exclusively digital, tickets are non transferable.

I got my payment confirmation from RazorPay but how do I know that my spot has been reserved?

Don’t worry, if you’ve received a payment confirmation, a spot has been reserved for you. You’ll hear from us within 36 hours via a welcome email detailing all that we’ve got in store for you. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders, if you don’t see it in your inbox!
